This live interview took place on June 17, 2020. It was aimed on the one hand at restaurateurs and service staff who, in their day-to-day work – and especially in the context of the pandemic – are unsure how to handle containers brought in by customers themselves, and on the other hand at consumers who like to order their food to go, but want to use or rely on environmentally friendly alternatives to disposable packaging. The interview clarified doubts regarding hygiene safety in order to motivate more reusable use in out-of-home consumption. Finally, questions from the participants were answered.
